When an old girlfriend turns up on his doorstep with a sob story and a bagful of money, Adam
reluctantly agrees to help. When he is then attacked by two south London villains intent on retrieving the money and finding
the girl, his oldest friend Jake, a former Marine, has to rescue him. Mistaken for serious underworld players the two friends
play at being gangsters, but events and lies spiral out of control until they become embroiled in drug deals, a gangland war
and murder.
